Exterior Shell - 7 gauge tubing with 14 gauge corrugated metal with continuous weld on all seams

Interior - wood floors , with all walls including partitions are wood frame with plywood sheathing

Doors - all doors to be 16 gauge metal frame with 20 gauge door skins

Railing - 7 gauge x 2’’ tubing welded at all connections

Stairs - welded metal runners with steel grated steps

Windows - opening only with wood buck around all sides

Fasteners - shall be coated for corrosion protection

Paint - Sherwin – Williams Desert Tan (default) or equal
